- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients.
- Understanding client requirements and accordingly briefing potential investors about the significance of the property.
- Implement KPIs and metrics to monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities
- Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Utilize market research to develop effective sales strategies and stay competitive in the real estate industry
- Personally, handle key client accounts and complex negotiations.
- Assist the team in negotiating and closing high-value real estate transactions.
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 – 5 Years in the Real Estate Industry or property sales
- Knowledge of the KSA real estate industry.
- Capability to analyse market trends, sales data, and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tracking tools
- Capacity to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives
- Thrives in a dynamic and competitive real estate environment.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships.
- Fluency in English
