We are looking to hire a Specification Manager for our operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated, independent, and well-organized individual witha deep understanding of projects and the ability to develop strong relationships. They should alsohave an existing robust network with key stakeholders, A&D consultants, and architects.Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets (this role supports

the whole of KSA region).

Ensure market coverage vertically and horizontally within commercial segments.

Efficiently covering all A&D consultants and architects' offices within the region, with potential

travel to the UAE as well.

Successfully ensure company's specifications included in all relevant tenders.

Assists distributors and key channels in their marketing activities, finalizing submittals, awards and

contracts.

Maintain active participation in all relevant projects.

Communicate on weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis all sales activities and project update.

Effectively uses CRM and maintain project data up to date.

Report competitive landscape periodically.

Undertake presentations within designated key end users and relevant designers.

Maintains company's libraries complete and up to date within all key stake holders.

This position will be Reporting to the Head of Business Development & Export in Denmark.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher.

Fibre Cement, Façade Boards or Aluminium Composite Cladding sales background is a MUST.

4-5 Years of product sales experience.

KSA experience is must for KSA position.

Existing ties and solid contacts with active architects & engineering consultants' offices in KSA &

UAE.

CRM experience is must.

Fluent English & Arabic speaker.

Strong Presentation skills.

Proven track record of securing large scale projects.
