Job DescriptionJob purpose:Provide future expertise and assessments required to monitor the execution of special projects.Key responsibilities:
  • Collect information on current and future needs and present them to relevant parties concerning public facilities management.
  • Communicate with contractors to provide the required services and verify the completion of pending requests.
  • Prepare reports on contractors’ compliance with requirements to support any necessary contract amendments.
  • Prepare reports on user requirements, contractor performance, execution timelines, and any other requested information.
  • Monitor monthly bills for electricity, water, and telecommunication services with service providers, take and review meter readings, verify accuracy, prepare reports, and follow up on conservation programs.
  • Follow up on electricity network assets, including inventory, receipt, and handover processes.
  • Oversee the procurement process for the electricity department and manage the receipt and delivery of materials.
  • Perform additional job-related tasks as delegated or directed.

  • Time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
  • Proficient in computer skills, with experience in using Microsoft Office tools or related software.
