- Job Responsibilities:
o Supervise a team of maintenance staff, security personnel, and other support staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and provide excellent service.
o Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance the overall shopping experience for the center.
o Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
o Preparing daily, monthly, and annual reports
o Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs, renovations, and other maintenance projects.
o Enforce community rules and regulations, ensuring a safe and harmonious shopping environment.
o Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and financial records related to the shopping center.
o Collaborate with property management team to develop and implement policies and procedures.
o Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
o Supervise the daily operations of the center, ensuring a clean, safe and welcoming environment for all visitors.o Manage and support center shopping employees including security, maintenance and customer service teams.
o Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
o Collaborate with marketing teams to organize events and promotional activities to increase traffic in center shopping.
o Implement safety protocols and coordinate with security personnel to maintain a safe environment.
o Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and vendors to foster a collaborative atmosphere. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in facilities management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent abilities to communicate and deal with others.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to deal with high-pressure situations.
- Living in Dammam or Khobar
- Driving license + car
