Supervisor And Managerial Position

• Preferred diploma or associate degree in manufacturing, woodworking, aluminium, industrial technology, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management, or business administration is a plus factor for a higher-level supervisory role.
• 3–5 years of experience in furniture manufacturing or wood / aluminium products industry.
• Prior experience as a team leader, foreman, or line supervisor is usually required.
• Kitchen furniture assembly and finishing processes.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and production plans.
• Strong team management and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to train, motivate, and evaluate production staff.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a factory environment.
• Good communication skills for reporting to upper management and coordinating with design and logistics teams.
• Ability to implement and maintain production schedules and quality control procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Business Management (with relevant manufacturing experience)
• Minimum of 5–10 years in manufacturing, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Direct experience in aluminium product manufacturing, kitchen equipment, or metal fabrication is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with processes like Extrusion, Anodizing or powder coating, Cutting, Welding, or assembly of aluminium components
• Deep understanding of production & scheduling, lean manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. Aluminium material properties and fabrication techniques.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and production schematics
• ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
• Proven ability to manage large teams and coordinate cross-functional departments (production, maintenance, quality, logistics)
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
• Ability to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and improve productivity
• Budgeting and cost control
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of workplace safety laws, environmental regulations, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or similar quality / environmental management systems.
