Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for HCM modules.2. Conduct thorough testing of HCM configurations, customizations, and integrations.3. Identify, report, and track defects to resolution.4. Develop and maintain automated test scripts.5. Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and verify fixes.6. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure business requirements are met.7. Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement.8. Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans and test cases.9. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure testing aligns with business needs.10.
