- Manage and oversee daily HR operations and administrative processes.
- Handle all HR-related activities through government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Labor Office, Muqeem).
- Lead recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Supervise performance management processes and periodic employee evaluations.
- Support employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively.
- Assist in training and development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll structure.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, governance, and Saudi labor laws.
- Prepare HR reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Lead and manage the HR team to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR regulations.
- Previous experience in team leadership and HR operations.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM or CIPD are a strong advantage.
- Experience with HR systems and platforms is preferred.
- Native Arabic speaker with professional-level English proficiency (spoken and written).
