• Create and develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk assessments to ensure the successful delivery of Telecom projects in Civil and Electro-Mechanical.
• Participate in the execution of full project life cycles, including business requirements, implementation, deployment, handover, support services, and operations.
• Implement robust quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed specified standards, adhering to industry guidelines, processes, and policies.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, clearly communicating progress, challenges, and achievements.
• Manage project scope, cost, budget, quality, and stakeholder engagement to optimize resources and achieve financial goals without compromising quality.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving.
• Enforce implementation quality standards and procedures to ensure alignment with defined quality benchmarks and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies to prevent project-related incidents.

• Bachelor's degree in civil or electrical engineering.
• 6+ years in develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk assessments to ensure the successful delivery of Telecom projects in Civil and Electro-Mechanical.
• Skilled in project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Hands-on experience with implementation, deployment, and handover of network systems.
• Strong track record of ensuring compliance with quality standards, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Advanced skills in management, reporting, and presentation to senior stakeholders
• Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken); proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable
• PMP certification is a plus and will be considered an added advantage
