- Lead the planning and execution of fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor construction progress and quality, conducting site inspections and providing guidance as necessary.
- Manage project risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure outcomes align with expectations.
- Facilitate communication between all stakeholders, maintaining transparency and addressing concerns promptly.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, attending meetings to discuss progress and updates.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, specifically in fit-out and interior design projects.
- Proven track record of managing projects within tight deadlines and budgets.
- Strong understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and construction techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Experience in client-facing roles with a strong focus on customer service.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and compliance.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
