QC Coating Inspector (ARAMCO Approved) CBT Passed

• Inspects painting and coating processes to ensure compliance with ARAMCO standards.
• Conducts surface preparation, DFT (Dry Film Thickness), and adhesion tests.
• Reviews material specifications and ensure proper application techniques.
• Implements inspection activities in accordance with the Project Quality Plan and Inspection / Test Procedures for inspection piping fabrication and hydro testing pressure test.
• Checks and ensures that the measuring test instruments being used during test and inspection operations are properly calibrated with valid certificates and stickers.
• Material receiving inspections against the P.O, Delivery Note, IFC drawings and MTCs.
• Maintains approved QC Checklist forms to be used during inspection.
• Deals directly with the superintendent and the subcontractors to verify that works are carried out as per drawings, material submittals and project specifications.
• Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the 2015 version of ISO 9001 QMS requirements, engineering discipline drawings, standards, material specifications, construction methods and QC inspection and test procedures.
