CNC OperatorIntroduction:We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC equipment to produce high-quality precision parts. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for working with advanced machinery, and the ability to read technical drawings, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic production environment.Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or routers) according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
Select, install, and adjust tools, fixtures, and materials for each job.
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain tolerances.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure proper function.
Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision instruments.
Document production data, quality checks, and maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot machine errors and collaborate with supervisors or maintenance when issues arise.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Requirements and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.
Proven experience as a CNC machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
Proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Saudi national residing in or close to Dammam
