• مراقبة وضبط ورفع تقارير تكاليف المشروع طوال دورة حياته.
• إعداد تقارير تفصيلية للتكاليف، التدفقات النقدية، والتوقعات المالية.
• تحليل الفروقات واقتراح حلول فعّالة من حيث التكلفة.
• التنسيق الوثيق مع فرق التخطيط، المشتريات، والمالية.
• دعم التقارير الشهرية، مراجعات الميزانية، وإعداد الحسابات الختامية.
• ضمان الالتزام بإجراءات ضبط التكاليف ومتطلبات العقود.

• Monitor, control, and report project costs throughout the project life cycle.
• Prepare detailed cost reports, cash flows, and financial forecasts.
• Analyze variances and propose effective cost-saving solutions.
• Closely coordinate with planning, procurement, and finance teams.
• Support monthly reporting, budget reviews, and final account preparations.
• Ensure compliance with cost control procedures and contractual requirements.
