Senior Fit out Engineer

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage on-site construction activities for interior fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Responsible for collaborating with design and construction teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Responsible for regular inspections and quality checks to ensure the quality of all finishes and fit outs are executed as per the specifications and quality guidelines.
Monitor project progress, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Responsible for maintaining good relations with clients and other stakeholders.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment on-site, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
Provide clear direction and guidance to site personnel, including subcontractors, laborers, and other team members.
Ensure that all work is completed according to design, budget, and schedule, and that any deviations are promptly addressed.
Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and providing updates on project progress.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
10+ years of relevant experience on Commercial Interior /Fit Out Projects.
Project management experience. PMP certified will be preferred.
Familiar with design and modeling (BIM) software
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Knowledge and work with Microsoft office programs Word, Power Point, Excel.
