We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with proven experience in the MEP contracting sector in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should possess strong relationships with main contractors, consultants, and key awarding bodies within the construction sectors .
This role is critical in identifying business opportunities, securing new projects, and maintaining relationships that drive revenue growth and market presence. The Sales Manager will lead business development initiatives and work closely with internal technical and estimating teams to support bid preparation and project acquisition.Key Responsibilities:
- Market Development & Client Relations
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure market.
o Maintain active presence in relevant industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to enhance the company's visibility.
- Sales & Business Development
o Generate a robust pipeline of qualified leads and follow through to successful contract award.
o Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to fine-tune business strategies.
- Tender & Proposal Coordination
o Support in reviewing tender documents and advising on commercial and technical alignment.
o Participate in negotiations and closing of contracts.
- Reporting & Forecasting
o Monitor progress against sales targets and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
- Team Collaboration
o Support in developing marketing material and presentations tailored to client segments.Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or Business Administration.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales/business development in the MEP contracting field in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven track record of securing large-scale MEP projects.
- Strong network within the Riyadh and wider KSA construction market, including relationships with main contractors and consultants.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
- Existing network of contacts in the construction or real estate development sector.
- Experience in KSA market (if applicable).
