JOB SUMMARYThe Guide Supervisor is responsible for supervising the assigned guide team, ensuring the highest standards of performance, safety, and guest experience. The role provides leadership, direction, and ongoing support to the Team Leaders, aligning team activities with Organization ’s core values and operational requirements.COLLECTIVE JOB DUTIES

Supervise and manage the assigned guide team to achieve optimal performance and adherence to operational standards.
Provide clear direction, guidance, and leadership to Team Leaders to ensure effective team coordination and task execution.
Monitor team performance and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain quality and compliance.
Foster a positive and respectful work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
Ensure all team members comply with Organization’s values: Guest Experience, Dignity, Safety, Respect, and Authenticity.

Coordinate daily activities and communicate operational updates to the Guide SOC Duty Manager.
Support incident management and escalation processes as needed.
Perform any other reasonable tasks as requested by the client or Guide SOC Duty Manager.

Bachelor's degree in business administration.

Experience

0-1 years of experience in operations of high volume

Skills

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop frontline teams
Ability to manage operational challenges and resolve conflicts
Languages: Proficiency in Arabic & English.
