Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to lead and deliver comprehensive training programs focused on site management, safety protocols, and supervisory skills. This role involves both theoretical instruction and practical demonstrations to ensure trainees are equipped with the necessary skills to manage construction sites effectively.Key Responsibilities:Design and deliver training sessions covering site coordination, safety leadership, and supervisory responsibilities.
Conduct practical demonstrations and simulations to reinforce learning.
Monitor and ensure the welfare and safety of trainees during all activities.
Develop lesson plans, assessments, and provide constructive feedback.
Support course administration and contribute to departmental objectives.
Uphold health, safety, environmental, and equality standards in all training activities.
Participate in performance reviews and continuous professional development.
Adhere to quality procedures and compliance protocols.What You'll Bring to the Role:A certified Assessor qualification, ideally up to Level 4 NVQs or equivalent (UK qualification standards)
A recognized professional teaching qualification, with a minimum of Level 3
A valid full UK, KSA or UAE driving licence
A collaborative, team-focused approach combined with a proactive and positive mindset
Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Possession of at least the NEBOSH General Certificate as a baseline safety qualification
Proven previous experience working internationally or abroad is essential
Bilingual in Arabic and English
