The Chocolatier will be responsible for developing, producing, and finishing premium-quality
chocolate products in line with company standards. This role combines artistry and technical
skills to ensure innovative recipes, consistent production, and compliance with food safety
regulations. The candidate will also contribute to new product development for the company’s
retail and corporate gifting lines.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and produce a wide range of chocolate products (bonbons, pralines, truffles,

- Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams on new product development (NPD).
- Innovate recipes and flavor combinations in alignment with market trends.
- Oversee tempering, molding, coating, and decorating of chocolate products.
- Monitor raw material usage, costing, and wastage reduction.
- Maintain strict adherence to SFDA and HACCP standards on hygiene, food safety, and

- Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts, Pastry & Confectionery, or Food Science.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Chocolatier in a luxury brand, hotel, or factory.
- Mastery of chocolate tempering, molding, enrobing, and decorative techniques.
- Creative flair for innovative recipes and high-end presentation.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (SFDA, HACCP, ISO preferred).
- Attention to detail and consistency.
- Team player with strong organizational skills.
- Iqama must be transferable (mandatory requirement).
