- Presents, promotes and sells products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Performs cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establishes, develops and maintains positive business and customer relationships
- Reaches out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieves agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinates sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyses the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supplies management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Keeps abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- College degree in marketing or related
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field
- Strong PC proficiency combined with excellent communication, interpersonal, data entry, and processing skills
- Ability to deal with complexities and meet deadlines
- Proficient in both Arabic and English
- Flexible and open to travel as needed
