With a collective strength of 10 brands, we have more than 200 million monthly users that trust in our dedication to providing them with the best platform for their needs.As a Content Creator at Bayut KSA, you will develop engaging content to showcase our brand, clients, and the market. You will be involved in creating videos that are aligned with Bayut's brand to attract and engage audiences on social media. By collaborating with teams and staying updated on trends, you will help position Bayut as a leader on social in Saudi. You will also manage video-based platforms including reporting, community management, scheduling and posting.In this role, you will
  • Develop and execute video content (at least 5 per week) that’s brand-building and enhances the organization’s public image on social.
  • Create high-quality visual and video content to highlight properties, lifestyle, and real estate trends.
  • Tailor content for various platforms (X, YouTube, Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and LinkedIn), ensuring consistency with the brand tone and messaging.
  • Work closely with marketing and design teams to align content with campaigns and business goals.
  • Stay updated on real estate and digital marketing trends to produce relevant and engaging content.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance, making data-driven improvements.
  • Showcase Bayut’s offerings through innovative storytelling to captivate target audiences.
Requirements● Bachelor’s degree in Social Media or a related field.● Certification in digital marketing, content creation, or SEO (preferred).● Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, preferably in real estate or lifestyle industries.● Proven track record of producing high-quality written, visual, and video content.● Experience managing content for social media platforms, blogs, and websites.● Strong understanding of social media trends and audience preferences.● Strong understanding of real estate trends and audience preferences.● Expert knowledge in image/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut).● Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.● Ability to create platform-specific content to engage target audiences.● Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.● Analytical skills to evaluate content performance and optimize strategies.● Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and storytelling.● Proactive and adaptable to evolving industry trends.● Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal communication skills.● High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Benefits
