Urgency: Immediate RequirementAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Calibration Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of calibration services and products, building strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow our business in the calibration industry.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets for calibration services and equipment.
  • Identify and engage prospective clients through lead generation, networking, and market research.
  • Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to explain the benefits and features of calibration services and equipment.
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the successful delivery of services and address any client concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Generate regular sales reports and provide insights to the management team.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation) or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in sales within the calibration industry or a similar technical field.
  • Strong knowledge of calibration processes, equipment, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
