Consultant PICU - Saudi Arabia

• Lead and manage the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, ensuring the highest standard of care for critically ill children.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, establish accurate diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated patient care.
• Mentor and supervise junior doctors and healthcare staff to maintain quality and consistency.
• Stay updated with advancements in pediatric intensive care and incorporate best practices.
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient documentation in line with regulatory standards.

• Medical degree with specialization in Pediatric Intensive Care from a recognized institution.
• Board certification or equivalent in PICU from a Western institution (UK, US, Canada, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior PICU role, ideally in a leading hospital.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and manage high-pressure situations.
• Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
