The SEO Specialist is responsible for managing all search engine optimization and marketing activities. This includes strategy development, content optimization, keyword research, link building, technical audits, and performance analysis to improve organic visibility and search engine rankings.Key Responsibilities:Conduct keyword research to guide content teams and editorial strategy.Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata (titles, descriptions, headers).Perform ongoing SEO audits (technical, on-page, and off-page) and implement recommendations.Monitor performance through tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Rank Math.Identify and remove SEO obstacles, including broken links, crawl errors, and slow page speed.Collaborate with developers and content creators to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.Build backlinks through strategic outreach and partnerships.Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.Report regularly on SEO KPIs, including traffic, rankings, click-through rates, and conversions.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum 4 years of proven experience in SEO or digital marketing roles.Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush).Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website platforms (WordPress preferred).Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and project management skills.Familiarity with content marketing and user experience principles.
