Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager who can handle a variety of tasks and take direct responsibility for growing our business. The ideal candidate will be able to manage sales activities, build strong customer relationships, and develop marketing strategies to expand our market presence.Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
Manage client relationships and generate new leads
Handle day-to-day operations related to sales and marketing
Work directly with management to achieve company goals
Prepare reports and analyze market trends

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales and/or marketing
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Proactive and result-oriented mindset
