Job Category: Hotel-Leisure and WellnessJob Description:We want to make our guests' experiences truly memorable from the very first moment they set foot in one of our hotels. To set the right tone, we're looking for a Lifeguard capable of leaving no stone unturned in pursuit of complete guest satisfaction.As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests enjoying our pools, beach, and water facilities. Your presence and attentiveness will help maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for guests of all ages. This position is ideal for individuals who are vigilant, service-oriented, and committed to upholding the highest safety standards.A little taste of your day-to-day

Monitoring guest activity in and around the pool and beach areas.
Preventing accidents and responding quickly and calmly to emergencies.
Administering First Aid or CPR when needed and reporting incidents accurately.
Ensuring all safety equipment is functional and in place.
Enforcing pool and beach rules and regulations in a respectful manner.
Supporting daily cleaning and maintenance of the water facilities.
Assisting with guest needs or inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

What we need from you

Certified in Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid (valid certification required).
Previous lifeguarding experience is preferred, especially in a resort or hotel setting.
Strong swimming skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Attentive, responsible, and proactive with excellent observation skills.
Positive attitude and a guest-focused mindset.
Willing to work outdoors and flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
