Tamkeen Technologies Company is on the lookout for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our growing team. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinating efforts among stakeholders while managing project risks and issues effectively. Your role will require a deep understanding of project management methodologies and tools, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members alike. Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans and schedules, and monitor progress against them.
Manage project budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and addressing variances.
Identify project risks and mitigation strategies, and communicate effectively with involved parties.
Facilitate meetings and discussions to ensure clarity of objectives and expectations.
Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and timelines.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
At least 5 years of experience managing IT projects in a technology-driven environment.
Proficient in project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to drive teams toward success.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the Information Technology and Services industry is highly preferred.
