- Oversee the delivery of major projects from inception through to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and commercial targets are met.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams including project managers, engineering, commercial, and site operations.
- Develop project execution strategies, manage client relationships, and drive stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international best practices.
- Report directly to executive management on progress, risks, and commercial performance.
- 15+ years of experience in large-scale construction projects (infrastructure, buildings, or mixed-use developments).
- Proven track record in a senior leadership role within a reputable main contractor.
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge, with the ability to drive project profitability.
- Experience in the Middle East, ideally in KSA, is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
