Participates in the development and implementation of the Safety Management plans in line with the corporate objectives.
Directs and manages the assigned mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
Interprets and implements necessary changes, providing guidance and support, necessary for continuous improvement.
Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards.Core Responsibilities
Designs, executes and maintains integration of safety systems ( fire alarm, water suppression, chemicals suppression,...) in STC
Reviews all equipment manufactures specifications used by STC and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Reviews and approve all projects engineering drawings before tendering.( From Safety Perspective )
Monitors Radiation, microwave, and EMF emissions and make sure it is with acceptable measures.
Provides consultation to all units and departments in regards of engineering and safety codes ( NFPA, ASTM,...)
Manages the troubleshoot all engineering consistent problem.
Reviews of work permit for all STC work sites.
Identifies opportunities (projects) and implement solutions to improve services with the stakeholders and industry.
Manages Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) testing.
Managing Emergency Response Team (ERT).
Develops forms and procedures for testing and inspecting the company's technical & administrative buildings and identify intervals in each form
Manages Evacuation drill execution/implementation.
Monitors workplace environment (Air quality, temperature, humidity, lighting, fumes, and airborne pathogens).
Monitors employees' work practices and ensure healthy practices are followed.
Investigates all occupational injuries and advise proper control measures.
Implements the STC approval epidemic emergency procedure.
Ensures all STC facilities are friendly to special need people ( Disables and old people)People Management Responsibilities
Defines goals and key performance indicators for members of the pool and ensures effective application of the STC performance management process.
Directs planning and selection of assigned manpower, in line with the business and operational plans.
