- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in construction management, with a strong emphasis on digital transformation or technology implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of digital tools and technologies used in construction, including BIM and project management software.
- Proven experience in leading digital initiatives within the construction industry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Experience in change management and training for digital tools.
- Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies related to digital construction.
