- Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of a scalable, AI-driven digital platform built on Odoo ERP, with mobile applications and real-time vehicle tracking.
- Drive the adoption of cloud-native technologies (OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker) to enable secure, resilient, and high-performance operations.
- Translate complex business workflows in logistics, energy demand planning, and field execution into integrated digital solutions.
- Champion the use of AI/ML capabilities to enhance demand forecasting, anomaly detection, and operational insights.
- Ensure architectural standards, interoperability, and alignment with the organization's Target Operating Model (TOM) and long-term business priorities.
- Lead the end-to-end architecture of a unified digital platform built on Odoo ERP.
- Design and implement cloud-native microservices using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Develop mobile-first applications to support field activity tracking and digital operations.
- Enable real-time vehicle telemetry and logistics monitoring concurrent vehicles.
- Build digital checklists, workflows, and order validation systems to ensure compliance.
- Drive system integration with SAP, .NET applications, IoT-based vehicle tracking, and alarm systems.
- Establish and enforce architecture standards for scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Apply API-first design principles to ensure seamless interoperability across systems.
- Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, Monitoring, and Procurement teams.
- Translate complex business workflows into efficient digital solutions.
- Integrate AI/ML-driven forecasting and anomaly detection to enhance operational insights.
- Champion predictive analytics and automation for smarter decision-making.
- Ensure solutions align with the organization's Target Operating Model (TOM).
- Provide technical leadership and governance across development and delivery teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, driving digital transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Computing, or Data/AI disciplines (preferred).
- Professional certifications highly desirable, such as: Cloud Platforms: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Architect. | Containerization & Orchestration: Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Docker Certified Associate. | Enterprise Architecture: TOGAF or Zachman Certification. (Preferred)
- 8+ years of proven experience in solution architecture with expertise in cloud-native platforms.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Odoo ERP customization, modular design, and system integration.
- Expertise in containerization and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Skilled in designing mobile application architectures (native or cross-platform).
- Proven track record in API-first design and enterprise system integrations.
- Strong understanding of logistics, energy workflows, and field service automation.
- Experience with real-time vehicle tracking, IoT telemetry, or data streaming platforms.
- Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with AI/ML integration for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and automation.
- Solid expertise in cloud security, IAM, and compliance best practices.
- Exposure to SAP Work Order Management and fuel haulage workflows.
- Strong background in enterprise solution governance and architecture frameworks (TOGAF preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams across planning, logistics, and operations.
- Proven leadership in digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Good command over English and Arabic speaking will be an added advantage
