The programme consists of over 200 projects including cultural and heritage assets, F&B, retail and hotels, commercial buildings and educational facilities.Mace is currently providing programme management and are looking for high-calibre experienced people.You’ll be responsible for:
  • Owns planning function for assigned projects and tenders, ensuring effective scheduling and monitoring.
  • Supports project delivery, contributing to timely and profitable outcomes.
  • Leads planning for complex projects, portfolios, or major project sections.
  • Applies advanced planning tools and techniques, including scheduling and EVM.
  • Communicates and influences effectively, addressing complex requirements and corrective actions.
  • Manages and develops planning teams, fostering technical growth and leadership.
  • Engages clients and stakeholders, driving acceptance of proposals and recommendations.
  • Promotes sustainability, contributing to net zero carbon goals through proactive planning practices.
You’ll need to have:
  • Experienced planning professional with a degree in construction/engineering and strong management capabilities across multi-disciplinary sectors.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator, skilled in stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution throughout project lifecycles.
