- Identify, evaluate, and secure potential sites for telecom towers, rooftops, and in-building solutions.
- Coordinate with landlords, property owners, and local authorities for lease agreements and necessary approvals.
- Negotiate lease terms, renewals, and amendments ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with company guidelines.
- Support legal teams in preparing, reviewing, and finalizing lease contracts and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with municipal regulations, zoning laws, and environmental guidelines for site approvals.
- Maintain accurate records of site acquisition progress, lease documents, and approvals in project management systems.
- Liaise with design, construction, and engineering teams to ensure acquired sites meet technical requirements.
- Track site acquisition milestones and escalate risks or delays to the Site Acquisition Manager.
- Assist in resolving landlord disputes, community issues, or regulatory objections to avoid project delays.
- Prepare regular reports on acquisition status and project updates for management and clients.
- Formal qualification in related field.
