Jameson Legal is working with a global entity in Saudi Arabia that specialises in the energy sector. The company's in-house law organisation seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to specialise within their Upstream department on Gas matters.For the successful individual, this is an exciting opportunity to join an internationally renowned corporate entity to handle market-leading transactions. The company already has a significant in-house legal organisation that is experiencing dramatic growth.In a newly formed team, the head of department is looking for a senior Lawyer, with ten years of expertise in transactional gas matters. You will have experience handling corporate, M&A, Projects, and LNG matters.
