JUNIOR PROCUREMENT OFFICER- ENTRY LEVEL (TRADING COMPANY SUPPLYING INDUSTRIAL ITEMS TO THE OIL & GAS SECTOR):Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Industry: Trading (Industrial Supplies to Oil refineries)
Relevant Experience: 0 to maximum 2 years in a trading company as this is an entry level position

Seniority: Entry level positionA growing trading company in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is looking for a a smart, dynamic and motivated Junior Procurement Officer (Indian) with a degree in Electrical/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering. The ideal candidate should be able to thrive in a fast-paced trading environment and would be responsible to source industrial materials and manage incoming RFQs from oil refineries across Saudi Arabia.Key Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to RFQs (Request for Quotations) from major oil refineries in Saudi Arabia.
Source industrial equipment, tools, and materials both locally and internationally.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers worldwide.
Negotiate prices, delivery terms to ensure competitive pricing and timely deliveries.
Coordinate with internal departments (Logistics, Operations, Accounting etc.) and clients to fulfill technical and commercial procurement requirements.
Monitor market trends to identify potential new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.

Mandatory Requirements:

Nationality: Indian only
Valid iqama
0 to a maximum of 2 years of relevant procurement/sourcing experience in an industrial trading environment as this is an entry level position.
Should have an electrical/industrial/mechanical engineering degree
Fluency in English
Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Good to Have:

Experience in handling RFQs from oil refineries in Saudi Arabia.
Knowledge of industrial items/materials and supply chain operations.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, under pressure and with a strong sense of urgency.
Familiarity with Saudi procurement regulations, international sourcing practices, SABER and FASAH portals.
