JASARA PMC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Control Manager - Rail to spearhead our project control activities within the rail sector. This exciting opportunity, available through an Expression of Interest (EOI), calls for a dynamic individual who is passionate about delivering high-impact infrastructure projects that will play a crucial role in supporting Saudi Vision 2030.In this role, you will be responsible for the overall planning, monitoring, and control of rail projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget. Your expertise will drive the implementation of project control methodologies and best practices, fostering effective collaboration among project teams and stakeholders. Your insights will be critical in enhancing project performance and achieving strategic objectives.Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of project control frameworks specific to rail projects.
  • Establish project baselines for scope, cost, and schedule; monitor compliance throughout project execution.
  • Conduct risk assessments specific to rail projects and develop mitigation strategies to manage them effectively.
  • Collaborate with project teams to optimize processes and ensure seamless communication across all project phases.
  • Analyze performance data and prepare detailed reports to provide stakeholders with updates on project progress.
  • Mentor and develop junior project control staff to ensure growth and adherence to best practices.
  • Ensure that all project control activities are aligned with JASARA PMC's goals and standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 20 years of project control experience, with a focus on the rail sector for 10 years.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools relevant to railway projects.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex project data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
