Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise room attendants and public area cleaners to ensure service standards are consistently met.Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas for cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance.Assist in scheduling daily tasks and managing housekeeping resources efficiently.Train, guide, and motivate team members to perform at their best.Report maintenance issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution.Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.Support inventory control of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.Address guest requests or concerns professionally and promptly.Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering for smooth daily operations. Required Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in housekeeping, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness and guest satisfaction.Good communication and team leadership skills.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, health standards, and cleaning equipment.
