Job Opportunity: Storekeeper (Egyptian Nationality Only – Inside KSA)
Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
We are currently looking for a Storekeeper to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of our production facility, which specializes in sandwich panels and security doors.
Requirements:
Egyptian nationality only
Currently residing in Saudi Arabia
2–3 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management
Proficiency in stock record-keeping and delivery follow-ups
Good communication and organizational skills
Transferable Iqama preferred
Job Description:
Summary:
The Storekeeper will be responsible for maintaining inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items. He will ensure that all storekeeping activities are carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures. In addition, he will be responsible for interacting with site engineers, taking their notes and requirements, and ensuring that they are fulfilled. This role is within a production factory specializing in sandwich panels and security doors, requiring close coordination with production, maintenance, and quality departments to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements Receive, inspect, and store all incoming items in a safe and secure manner Organize and maintain the storage of all items, ensuring easy accessibility when required Issue items and supplies to authorized personnel, ensuring proper procedures are followed Ensure that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times Prepare and submit daily reports on store activities to the management team Train new storekeepers on storekeeping policies and procedures Interact with site engineers, take their notes and requirements, ensure that they are fulfilled Ensure that safety procedures are followed in the store and that any hazards are reported Assist with other tasks as assigned by the management Ensure that safety stock levels are maintained for all critical items and that stock is replenished in a timely manner to avoid any disruption to operation.
Qualifications:
Diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory control, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment Familiarity with spare parts, raw materials, and consumables related to production lines Experience in ERP systems or inventory management software is an advantage Strong organizational and record-keeping skills Basic understanding of safety and handling procedures Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, production staff, and management Physically fit and able to handle movement and inspection of goods as needed Attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
