This partnership includes a significant agreement for US$2 billion in zero coupon convertible bonds, representing a major milestone in our commitment to growth and innovation.The strategic collaboration was formally established by the CEOs of both companies, who inaugurated during LEAP 2025 the land designated for the construction of a new state-of-the-art sustainable factory in Riyadh (SILZ).Our vision is to become the leading technology partner supporting Saudi Vision 2030 with the mission in mind to position Lenovo as the leading global technology powerhouse in KSA, spearheading major ICT projects linked to the execution of Saudi Vision 2030.The Incentives Manager will be responsible for driving incentive-related planning and execution, managing P&L and cost analyses, and providing financial insights to support decision-making at a regional level. The ideal candidate will combine solid financial and business acumen with a good understanding of government programs and local regulations.Your day-to-day responsibilities:
  • Lead financial tracking, reporting, and analysis of RHQ-related incentive programs.
  • Develop ad hoc financial analyses and manage budget monitoring activities to support RHQ operations.
  • Conduct detailed P&L, cost, and variance analysis to identify risks and opportunities on specific projects.
  • Coordinate with finance, legal, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with government incentive requirements and milestones.
  • Support financial due diligence and analysis as needed for special projects.
What you'll bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, or business planning roles, preferably in the tech or IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting tools.
  • Experience working with or within KSA national entities or understanding local incentive programs is a strong plus.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated ability to handle complex data and deliver insights that drive business outcomes.
