This role will be instrumental in shaping a high-performance, quality-driven environment, ensuring effective change and stakeholder management, while maintaining governance and compliance with corporate policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement OE culture strategies across the organization aligned with business goals.Lead stakeholder engagement and change management initiatives to ensure successful OE adoption.Oversee OE governance processes, including policy and procedure updates, reviews, and compliance.Support cross-functional teams in OE frameworks including EFQM, TQM, Lean, and Six Sigma.Facilitate OE-related workshops, training, and awareness sessions for internal teams.Monitor performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to enhance OE programs.Ensure compliance with data protection, quality, and risk management policies.Act as a change agent promoting continuous improvement and cultural alignment.Required Qualifications & Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience in Operational Excellence, specifically in stakeholder engagement and change management.Proven track record in managing corporate governance, data protection, and policy frameworks.Strong knowledge of OE methodologies including EFQM, TQM, Lean, or Six Sigma.Professional Certifications in Operational Excellence, Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), EFQM, or related disciplines.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Preferred Attributes:Strategic mindset with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.Ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.High level of integrity, discretion, and organizational sensitivity.
