ð§° Job Title: O&M CHW Pump Technicianð Location: Mecca / KSAð Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site | Immediate Joiners Preferredð§ Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and reliable O&M CHW (Chilled Water) Pump Technician to join our Operations & Maintenance team. The technician will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation, maintenance, and performance of chilled water pump systems across various facilities. This role plays a critical part in sustaining system efficiency and preventing unplanned downtimes.ð¯ Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine and preventive maintenance activities on CHW pump systems.
Troubleshoot and repair pump-related issues to ensure continuous operation.
Monitor system performance and perform efficiency and performance verification tests.
Execute vibration analysis and alignment tests to maintain mechanical integrity.
Assist with the installation, commissioning, and startup of new chilled water pumps and components.
Interpret technical drawings and schematics to support troubleshooting and installation.
Identify and resolve mechanical issues affecting system performance.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
