As part of Cigna Healthcare International, Cigna Middle East and Africa offers health solutions to employers, governments and individuals and is on an exciting growth journey.Cigna Healthcare International has recently launched a new branch in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to bolster the expansion of our health businesses across the globe.We are currently expanding out team and looking to hire Account Installation Associate AnalystResponsibilities :- Setting up the product & related variations in Cigna operating system based on TOB & related documentation.- Preparation of plan materials, validate U/W check list,- Structuring of benefits & covers and billing set-up, database loading, and preparation of plan materials.- Providing support to assigned accounts by responding to inquiries and resolving issues of concern.- Completing output (documents, analyses, product) in specific work area to appropriate time and quality targets.- Working under own initiative, prioritizes own work, and meets agreed timescales.Work is subject to frequent review by SupervisorRequirement :- Bachelor or Master degree in related field.- Strong communication and analytical skills.- Good knowledge of the latest digital technologies & medical terminologywill be a plus.- Experience in the insurance or healthcare industry, preferably in theMiddle Eastern market.- Good time management and organizational skills.- Fluent in English and Arabic.Skills Required:- Strong communication skills- Ready to learn new business processe- Interpersonal skills- Good business/product knowledge- Organizational skills- Good time management- Data analysis and Interpretation- Influencing : working with all stakeholders/customers to arrange required data What We offer :- Hybrid mode and flexibility- Great environment ( Cigna got recognize as "Great Place to Work 2025 - 2026"- international exposureAbout The Cigna GroupDoing something meaningful starts with a simple decision, a commitment to changing lives.
