Head of GRC - Cybersecurity (m/f/d)

• Effectively manage and motivate client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
• Consistently deliver high-quality client services while managing and aligning client expectations.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure all key stakeholders are regularly informed of status and expected outcomes.
• Stay up to date with current business, regulatory, and industry trends relevant to client environments.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and internal Infratech stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong technical expertise and professional knowledge in GRC and cybersecurity domains.
• Exhibit solid business acumen with the ability to quickly assimilate new concepts and requirements.
• Remain current on emerging consulting capabilities and cybersecurity industry developments.

• Must be a Saudi national.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in GRC / Cyber Security.
• Prior experience working within a consulting firm, either as part of a Big 4 firm or a Cyber Security Service Provider.
• Strong background in a client-facing consulting
• Proven experience in proposal writing (RFPs, technical and commercial proposals).
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
