- Act as the primary relationship owner for key banking and financial services clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex payments and transaction-processing projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Oversee large-scale, multi-stakeholder payments initiatives, ensuring alignment between business, technology, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive service quality, delivery governance, and continuous improvement, ensuring programs are delivered on time and within budget.
- Identify and execute account growth opportunities, supporting revenue expansion through upsell, cross-sell, and value-added services.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams to resolve issues and maintain delivery excellence.
- 15+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or payments, with a strong focus on payments delivery and client engagement.
- Proven success managing senior client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor within complex financial environments.
- Extensive experience delivering large-scale payments projects, including core payments platforms, clearing, settlement, or real-time payments.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing contracts, revenue targets, and client profitability.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, capable of influencing at executive level.
- Experience working in regional or multinational delivery environments, preferably within the Middle East.
