- Manage a portfolio of key clients and serve as the main point of contact.
- Understand client business objectives and develop customized solutions in collaboration with pre-sales and product teams.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and growth objectives within assigned accounts.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
- Ensure client satisfaction through regular check-ins, reviews, and prompt issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, renewals, and solution expansion.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics, finance, and technical support, to ensure smooth delivery and post-sale service.
- Provide client feedback to improve solution offerings and service delivery.
Academic Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a key account or consultative selling role. Postgraduate diploma or MBA. Experience in the AV or electronics distribution sector.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Arabic and English. Native Arabic speaker with strong written and verbal English communication.
Professional Certifications: Sales or customer relationship training. Key Account Management or Solution Selling certifications.
