Job Title: Soft Services SupervisorLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and experienced **Soft Services Supervisor** to oversee the delivery and quality of non-technical services such as cleaning, pest control, landscaping, waste management, and customer service within our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, uphold service standards, and lead a team of service providers and subcontractors effectively.Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor the performance of soft services (cleaning, housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, etc.)
Coordinate and manage subcontractors and service vendors to ensure SLA compliance
Conduct daily inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
Manage schedules, attendance, and task allocation for soft services staff
Respond promptly to client/tenant requests and complaints
Maintain accurate reports of daily operations, incidents, and improvements
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and environmental standards
Support procurement and inventory management for cleaning materials and consumables

Requirements:

Minimum **3–5 years of experience** in a supervisory role within soft services or FM operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of health and safety regulations (e.g., COSHH, waste handling, etc.)
Good command of **English** (Arabic is a plus)
Proficiency in MS Office and facility management reporting tools

---Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in malls, hospitals, business centers, or large compounds
Knowledge of CAFM systems
