This program includes multiple assets such as hotels, residential developments, and mixed-use projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental) frameworks across the entire program to ensure compliance, excellence, and risk mitigation.Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage HSEQ strategies, systems, and policies in line with corporate and client requirements.
Lead the implementation of HSEQ plans across multiple assets within the program.
Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, international standards, and client expectations.
Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations, providing actionable recommendations.
Deliver HSEQ training and awareness programs for project teams and stakeholders.
Report HSEQ performance to senior leadership and client representatives, highlighting risks and corrective actions.
Champion a culture of safety, quality, and sustainability throughout the program lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 10+ years of HSEQ experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
Proven track record in Program or Project Management Consultancy (PMC) projects, preferably large-scale mixed-use, hospitality, or residential developments.
Strong knowledge of GCC regulations, with recent experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia highly preferred.
A transferable Iqama is required for candidates currently based in KSA.
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO Auditor, OSHA) are essential.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Attributes

Strong understanding of international HSEQ standards and risk management frameworks.
Ability to influence and drive cultural change within diverse teams.
Experience working within a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
