The Motion & Graphic Designer Trainee will support the design team in creating visual content for digital and print platforms. The role involves assisting in designing graphics, developing motion videos, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials.Key Responsibilities:Assist in creating graphic designs for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal useSupport in producing motion graphics and simple animationsEdit videos and create visual content as requiredEnsure designs align with the company’s branding guidelinesCollaborate with the marketing and content teams on creative ideasMake revisions based on feedback from the teamRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related fieldBasic knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or Premiere ProCreativity and attention to detailWillingness to learn and develop new skillsGood communication and teamwork skillsLearning Outcomes (Tamheer):Gain hands-on experience in graphic and motion designDevelop skills in industry-standard design softwareUnderstand branding and marketing design requirementsImprove time management and project coordination skillsAl Rugaib’s business idea centers around enhancing everyday living through thoughtfully curated home environments, focusing on accessibility, variety, and reliability.
