Are you an organized and proactive problem-solver with a knack for logistics and a deep understanding of the Saudi labor landscape? We're looking for a Labor Coordinator to join our team in Saudi Arabia.In this role, you will be the linchpin connecting our on-site operations with the necessary resources. You'll manage the entire process, from ensuring materials are delivered on time to coordinating labor and compliance with local regulations.Key Responsibilities:
Material and Logistics Coordination: Oversee the scheduling and delivery of all necessary materials to job sites, ensuring a smooth and efficient supply chain.Labor Management: Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure the right number of skilled workers are available for projects.Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all labor mandates, work permits, and legal requirements are met and documented meticulously.Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for workers, suppliers, and project managers, providing clear updates and resolving any issues promptly.Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve potential delays or issues related to materials or labor to keep projects on track.Qualifications:
Saudi driving license is a must.Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction, logistics, or industrial sectors in Saudi Arabia.Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in both English and Arabic is highly desirable.If you are a detail-oriented professional with a strong commitment to efficiency and compliance, we encourage you to apply.
