Job PurposeThe role holder is responsible for translating customer needs and business requirements into comprehensive product specifications, guiding development teams in creating successful products. They conduct user research, define user personas, and collaborate with UX and solution architecture units to ensure user-centric product design. Through continuous monitoring of project progress and collaboration with various departments, the role holder ensures the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet functional requirements. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities:Core Responsibilities:

Gathers and translates customer needs and business requirements into clear and actionable product specifications.

Consolidates requirements, analyzes and translates into detailed product specifications. This involves breaking down high-level requirements into granular features and defining their functionality, behavior, and user interactions. The specifications serve as a blueprint for the development teams, guiding them in building the product according to the desired outcomes.

Support in defining user personas, conducts user research, and incorporate user feedback to inform product design decisions.

Coordinates with UX and solution architecture units to define user personas, representing the target audience and their needs. They conduct user research activities, such as interviews, usability testing, and surveys, to gain insights into user preferences and pain points.

Participates in user -journey research activities to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences

Participates in testing and validation of integrations to ensure their functionality and reliability.

Continuously monitors project progress, identify and address any impediments or risks, and adapt plans accordingly.

Supports implementation of QA & UX Test plans to ensure the software solutions meets functional requirements.

Collaborates with delivery & design departments to automate testing processes and improve test coverage

Participate in reviewing RFP for supporting Product development aspects/requirements.

Works closely with Commercial function, to ascertain the product technicalities, requirements & feasibilities etc

Performs other responsibilities and tasks related to the job as directed by line managerQualifications:

Bachelors in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or equivalent

Masters in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or equivalent is preferred

Years of Experience:

Preferred experience of (3 - 5) years, or equivalent in the area of expertise

Preferred Professional Certificates:

Certified Product Manager (CPM)

Job Specific Skills:

Knowledge of global and regional trends and developments in IoT

Knowledge of iotsquared product and services portfolio

Problem solving skills

Analytical, quantitative, and conceptual skills

Communication and presentation skills

Business Language Skills:English language proficiency level is fluent.
