- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 and relevant standards.
- Monitor and evaluate operational processes to ensure continuous improvement and compliance.
- Provide training and awareness sessions on quality policies and procedures.
- Monitor compliance to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Support the development of compliance-related policies and procedures.
- Identify, assess, and monitor operational risks using a structured risk management framework (e.g., ISO 31000).
- Maintain and update the risk register, ensuring risk mitigation actions are implemented and monitored.
- Support risk assessment workshops and report risk exposure to relevant stakeholders.
- Develop, implement, and test the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) in line with ISO 22301 or relevant BCM frameworks.
- Organize periodic BCP drills and simulation exercises to ensure readiness.
- Manage all related projects and prepare periodic reports and dashboards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in quality, compliance, risk management, or BCM (telecom/technology sector preferred).
- Preferably certified in ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ISO 31000, ISO 22301, PMP, or Six Sigma.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
