Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of a Holding Saudi Company specializing in the Real Estate industry in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh.As a Technical Office Manager you will be responsible for managing design reviews, preparing and validating shop drawings, coordinating with site teams, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and leading a team of engineers to deliver high-quality results on time.Key Accountabilities:

Reviewing and approving shop drawings, ensuring they comply with project specifications and codes.
Preparing and reviewing bills of quantities, cost estimates, and material take-offs.
Handling technical submittals, RFIs (Requests for Information), and method statements.
Coordinating with the planning team to align technical deliverables with the project timeline.
Providing technical input for selecting suppliers, subcontractors, and materials.
Supporting site engineers with drawings, clarifications, and resolving technical issues.
Ensuring work adheres to project specifications, standards, and safety requirements.
Managing a team of technical engineers and draftsmen.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering .
Minimum 8-15 years of experience in a technical office role, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
Proven experience in designing and managing projects for towers, high-rise buildings, and commercial complexes.
Expertise in shop drawings, BOQ preparation, and material submittals.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project).
Familiarity with Saudi building codes, international standards, and quality control procedures.
Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
